Recalling or remembering

the stored goal

Recalling the whole stored goal, i.e. the nano real ‘as is’ experience of the ‘as if’ goal image, is time and energy consuming, and, moreover, dangerously distracting. Hence the smart thing to do is to generate a shortcut or ‘cover’ with the instruction to process the whole stored ‘as if’ goal outside of consciousness (i.e. subliminally).

Adept pilgrims have devised many different (more or less defined) shortcuts to accessing (i.e. remembering) the stored ‘as if’ goal. If the screen of consciousness i.e. the on-going presentation of internal and external states, is imagined as a desktop (or motor car dashboard extended to include the windows), then the following recall shortcut modes can be used.

1.     The whole ‘as if’ goal appears as the screen’s background. It appears first (i.e. upon awakening) and disappears last (before falling asleep). It is always present when active functions stop (i.e. open windows are closed). The pros and cons of this display mode are obvious.

2.     Goal access is compressed and displayed as a permanent banner. This access mode has serious drawbacks.

3.     Goal access is reduced to or compressed as an easily identifiable (but coded) yet highly affective icon (read: idol) ‘waiting’ at the edge of the field of consciousness. Using an icon (i.e. a visual code) is useful if the pilgrim needs to disguise her pilgrimage in a hostile environment.

4.     Goal access is compressed and abstracted as a neutral folder that ‘waits’ at the edge of consciousness.

5.     Goal access is compressed and abstracted (hence made content empty) as a file (Sanskrit: sutra, meaning ‘thread’) that ‘waits’ at the edge of consciousness.

The above shortcut access or recall modes can also be created externally.

Note: in ancient times a verbal shortcut access icon was carried under the tip of the tongue (i.e. as a mantra). Near the end of the pilgrimage the pilgrim carried her goal as an invisible sword in front of her.

All ‘as if’ goal shortcuts can be activated instantaneously. Accessing the shortcut accesses the whole ‘as if’ goal, thereby reinforcing (i.e. empowering) both it and the user. The preferred goal access can be made (i.e. programmed) to appear

1.     each time an everyday function is terminated,

2.     when switching between other files or folders (i.e. functions)

3.     at particular times (i.e. at prayer times),

4.     @random (and which is extremely effective),

5.     together with

6.     or following on from particular data displays in open files or folders, both internal and external.

The purpose of using shortcuts is

1.     to avoid energy loss,

2.     to allow or enforce frequent access,

3.     to avoid the danger of being distracted from perfect moment-to-moment functioning of vital everyday operations.

4.     to gain immediate access to the ‘as if’ goal (i.e. the devotee who is ‘ready’) if and when the goal realization trigger (i.e. the guru) presents (i.e. ‘appears’).

With the installation of shortcuts, the ‘as if’ goal (read: sanctuary) not only becomes virtually ever present (i.e. as Guide System, i.e. genie), it is always available and, in addition, is continually being reinforced. Shortcuts are installed so that the pilgrim never loses sight (or the sense of the presence) of her goal, therefore does not get lost and is ever ready to make her ‘as if ‘goal become an ‘as is’ goal achievement.
