The supreme goal: Eliminate death completely @ max. speed.

The means: Dissociate totally from the causes of death (= life).

1^st Phase

Virtual procedure 1: Awaken totally to the causes of death and @ max. speed (though intelligently paced).

Virtual procedure 2: Awaken totally and @ max. speed to the ending of the causes of death.

The virtual outcome: Awaken totally and @ max. speed to the possibility of attaining the deathless.

The goal achieved virtually: Total (i.e. @100%) here and now acceptance of the goal of deathlessness (i.e. nibbana) and the means to it.

The reward: Virtual nibbana (falsely experienced as actual)

2^nd Phase

The actual procedure: Actually dissociate totally and @ max. speed from the causes of death.

The actual initial goal: Attain total actual indifference to death.

The actual final goal, i.e. the sanctuary: Actual deathlessness.

The reward: Pari-nibbana, no content (hence no reward).
